At WNYTRMS we know that you want to be cool, calm and collected no matter what is going on around you. To do that you need to be taught how to structure your thinking (your mindset). The difficulty is that other people have influenced how you see yourself in the world, which makes it possible for you to lose track of who you are and what is important to you.
We believe the answer is in how you talk to yourself (your self-talk) as the quality of your self-talk is your highest leverage point in creating a fulfilling, successful life. We understand how devastating a negative internal dialog can be, and how it can easily lead to anxiety and depression. That is why we have created this training for you.
Once you have secured the training, schedule some self-love time to start and finish the training in one sitting. The physical book is an affordable option that will get you 99,9% of the way. The video course is for those who want the experience of having a professional coach guiding you through the entire process. The choice is yours.
Whatever your choice, remember that learning how to use your mind is a critical step along your healing journey. Healed people heal others. And healed people cannot be taken away from themselves by social pressure or toxic people.
The intentions of this training is to make life-coaching available to the general public at an affordable rate. As such, this training simulates working with a life-coach who understands the importance of bringing people along a self-knowledge journey in a sequential, measured pace.
This training also takes the variability out of working directly with a person. Most coaches, therapists and psychologies are very good. However, not all of them are. Some of them see people as patients to be fixed, rather than as humans who are intrinsically healthy.
When you are working with a professional who sees you as someone to be fixed, than they will get into old-school methodologies like childhood regression, which often cause you to re-traumatize yourself. It is good for repeat business, but it is counterproductive to building a healthy, strong and resilient mindset – which is what we are all about at WNYTRMS!

There is no magic to this training. Rather the results happen once you understand what a mindset is and how to use it in your daily interactions with the world around you.
The training itself is a series of sequential steps, each step building on the previous steps. The human mind is designed to think in a linear fashion, but cannot handle more than two to three steps at a time. To do something as complex as designing your own mindset you have to understand that it will take more than two to three steps.
As such, this process has been designed to work with how your mind naturally navigates the world, which is why each step of the process is in itself purposeful and helpful to the overall process. Please understand that this trainings is experiential, which means you have to do it in order to receive the benefits of having done it.
A good metaphor is swimming, no matter how much you read about swimming you will never understand it until you jump in the water and give it a try.
